By bus

We are on or near MetroTransit bus lines 5, 8, 14, and 24. We offer free bus tokens for qualified patients. For more information about bus lines, visit the MetroTransit website.

By rail

We are about 3.5 blocks from the Downtown East/Metrodome station. For more information about light rail, visit the MetroTransit website.

By car

From the northwest

94 east to Exit 230 (4th St). Follow 4th St. Turn right onto Chicago Ave (in front of the Metrodome.) Turn left onto South 9th St. Enter the parking ramp on your left.

From the northeast

35W south to Exit 17C (Washington Ave). Keep right and turn right onto Washington. Turn left onto Chicago Ave. Turn left onto South 9th St. Enter the parking ramp on your left.

From the east

94 west to Exit 234B (5th St). Follow 5th St, keeping left as you round the metrodome. Turn left onto Chicago Ave. Turn left onto South 9th St. Enter the parking ramp on your left.

From the south

35W north to Exit 16A (downtown). Take 5th Ave exit and follow 5th Ave. Turn right onto South 8th St. Turn right onto Chicago Ave. Turn left onto South 9th St. Enter the parking ramp on your left.

From the west

394 east to Exit 9B (6th St). Follow 6th St. Turn right onto Chicago Ave. Turn left onto South 9th St. Enter the parking ramp on your left.

Parking

Ramp parking is available in the Hospital Ramp, located on Chicago Avenue, between 8th and 9th Streets, next to the Parkside Professional Center. HFA clinics will validate parking during scheduled appointments; bring your ramp ticket to the clinic. The Addiction and Psychiatry clinics offer parking in the "B" lot, adjacent to 914 South 8th Street; call for more details. HFA's Senior Care Clinic (at Augustana) offers parking in the visitor lot adjacent to the clinic on 10th Avenue.

Note for patients

Patients should enter the ramp on 9th St, as directed above. When you have entered the ramp, look for signs designating areas reserved for patient parking. The first two floors are reserved for patient parking.
